| CONSTRUCTION |
| Die formed and spot welded, heavy gauge cold rolled steel housing assembly. One piece 60° beveled perimeter door frame assembly, fabricated from 14 gauge cold rolled steel or 1/8" thick commercial grade aluminum. Closed cell neoprene gasket ensures seal between door frame assembly and housing. Closed cell neoprene gasket seals the flange against the mounting surface. Knockouts are provided for flexible conduit attachment. |
| MOUNTING |
| Housing is mounted into precut panel hole and fastened directly to the spray booth panel, The fasteners pierce through the flange gasketing, thus sealing the fasteners to the panel wall. |
| FINISH |
| Powder painted high reflectance white housing. High reflectivity coated, reflecting surfaces for improved efficiency. |
| OPTICS |
| Lens assembly is made up of a 3mm tempered safety glass sealed to the lens frame with silicone sealant, mechanically secured. Optional VF-1 reflectors are made of specular low irridescence, anodized aluminum with a reflectivity of 94% or better. |

| ELECTRICAL |
| All electrical components are CSA or UL approved. Ballasts and lamp holders are replaceable without removing the luminaire from the ceiling. All electrical components are mounted on housing only. Lamp holders provided ensure positive lamp retention. The standard voltage is 120V, 60 Hz, or as specified. Other Voltage and frequency ratings are also available. Ballasts are approved to CSA and UL standards. Standard ballasts are electro-magnetic, energy saving where required. See Product Selection for optional ballasts. Sufficient knockouts are provided for connections and through wiring. Satety interlock switch is provided. For inside access feature, the interlock switch is to be wired in such a way as to disable paint spray equipment when the frame door is opened. As a result, this unit may be mounted in spray booth panels without the previously required second lens. |
