FLUORESCENT PRODUCTS CUSTOM PRODUCTS CNC Turret press fabricates any part size up to 50" x 140". These machines also have the capabilities to use state-of-the-art "Wheel" style tooling, which enables the cutting and forming of contours. All programming is done off-line in the engineering department. Visioneering has the capability to manufacture products from sheet materials such as cold rolled steel, stainless steel and aluminum with surfaces such as satin coat, galvanized, reflective, vinyl-coated, pre-painted and perforated. Within the large group of manufacturing machinery are four CNC Turret Punch Presses and Five advanced CNC Brake Presses. Slitting and cut-to-length 'lines' enable the company to inventory large uncut steel coils which can be cut to proper lenght as needed. This eliminates the need for an outside metals service center, enabling us to increase delivery speed to the customer. Six high-speed, roll-forming lines allow high volume production of rolled sections. Numerous mechanical or hydraulic brakes and presses are used with conventional tooling for high-speed metal stamping and forming. Our manufacturing facility , along with flexible and versatile production staff, allows Visioneering to be both a custom fabricator and a mass producer of products.
