Visioneering has the reputation
in the lighting industry of being able to "turn on a dime"
for our customers, based on our ability to achieve lifesaving
deliveries.
Our reputation comes from an innovative manufacturing
process integrated with a large, planned inventory. This
process begins in the warehouse, where the order flows
immediately after entry. In this "Pull Through" system,
our extensive finished products inventory is scanned to
determine if the order can be picked and shipped either
in whole or part depending upon the customer's needs.
For items not in the finished product inventory, warehouse
personnel scan the components for available parts and
subassemblies. These items are picked and sent to assembly
lines.
Components not available are quickly scheduled for manufacture in our state-of-the-art metal working shop and sent to assembly. Assembled products are quality inspected, packaged and sent to the shipping department for order consolidation. Our logistics group efficiently arranges to meet customer delivery needs at the lowest cost possible.
